How to make a “Peanut” Tennis ball Roller at Home

If I’ve suggested you use a roller at home for your upper back, this is how to make it.

All you need is 2 tennis or lacrosse balls a roll of DuckTape and a pair of scissors.

*Don’t worry about the unwanted seams, we’ll cover them in step 9.

Now you are ready to use this against the floor or wall with one ball on either side of your spine, but keeping pressure off the spinous processes because we maintained that crease in the middle while we were making our “peanut” roller.  I would recommend doing this only before bedtime to avoid injury.
